This notice describes how the current AAB Group website preview handles information. The website uses the AAB Group name; its legal operator will be identified as AAB Group LLC before publication.

Inquiry details and selected photos

The inquiry form collects contact details, service interests, vehicle or property details, optional vehicle years, wrapping preferences, requested dates and time windows, notes, measurements and optional photos when you select Send request. The local server saves the request and attachments in a private local inbox, outside the public website files. The confirmation appears only after that save succeeds. The form does not currently send email or connect to a booking system.

Selecting a photo does not upload it until you send the request. Submission does not create a booking, take payment or confirm a service date. Closing an unsent form clears its entered state.

Customer billing access

The client portal currently shows no customer financial records. When connected, its sign-in link takes you to the business’s billing provider, which verifies your identity and handles invoices, payment methods and available recurring-payment settings under its own privacy policy. This website does not collect account passwords or card numbers, and does not save billing records in your browser. Use the provider named on the sign-in screen and your existing invoice for billing questions.

Address suggestions

After you pause typing in an address field, the partial address is sent through this website to Photon’s address search, using OpenStreetMap data. Suggestions help you choose an address; check its city, ZIP code and any unit or suite number. You can enter an address manually instead. This website does not save an address-search history. Owner review and appointment scheduling

Authorized business staff can review submitted requests and photos in a private owner inbox. Owner sign-in uses an essential HttpOnly, same-site session cookie lasting up to eight hours. Customer request links contain an expiring private token, do not display contact details or photos, and should not be shared with anyone else.

When configured, an approved request can continue to the matching Calendly event to choose an available appointment. The website does not send inquiry details or photos in that link. Information you enter on Calendly is handled under its privacy notice. Stripe handles billing account access and agreed invoices through its hosted pages. Creating a website request does not charge a payment or confirm an appointment. These provider accounts have not been connected in the local review copy.

Your service cart

The quote cart stores selected service identifiers and quantities in this browser’s local storage so your choices survive a reload. It does not store your photos, contact details, addresses or condition notes. Remove items in the cart or clear this site’s browser storage to discard the choices. If storage is unavailable, choices last only for the current page.

ZIP area checks

The area checker uses the ZIP code you enter to compare against locally served geographic data in your browser. It does not send your ZIP code to a lookup provider or save it. Results describe an approximate service area and do not confirm an appointment.

Technical information

Your browser sends normal request information, including an IP address and browser details, to the server that provides the site. The current review copy runs locally. Before a public version is launched, the hosting provider, security-log handling, and any applicable retention periods must be confirmed in this notice.

Cookies, analytics, and browser storage

The website application does not set advertising or analytics cookies, run visitor analytics or advertising pixels, or persist inquiry details in browser storage. It does not track activity across other websites or use a cross-site tracking workflow that changes in response to Do Not Track signals. The inquiry form transmits its entered details and selected photos to the local website server only when submitted.

Fonts, photographs, and the static service-area maps are served with the site. The map is not an embedded third-party service.

External links and direct contact

Instagram and other linked sites have their own privacy practices. Information you provide after following a link or contacting the business directly by phone is outside the preview form and may be handled by that business or service provider.

Retention and your choices

Submitted requests are retained in the private local inbox for manual review and follow-up. No automatic retention period is configured for this local version. You can close an unsent form to discard it or use the published contact information instead. Browser autofill and saved contact information are controlled by your browser settings.

Children

This website is intended for people seeking property and vehicle services and is not directed to children under 13. Do not include children or other people in car-assessment photos.

Changes to this notice

The notice must be updated before enabling live inquiry delivery, new file uploads, payments, analytics, advertising, or other features that change how information is handled. The review date above identifies this version.
